Speakers register at the time of submitting their online Speaker Proposal Form = CLOSED latest by 15 February 2016. Additional registration is not needed.

  • USB flash with conference presentations

Payment for NBR2016 can be made by a bank transfer into the bank account of the Association of Foreign Language Teachers (Eesti Voorkeeleopetajate Liit). Payment invoice will be issued after registration by email.

Please note that NBR2016 Organising Committee cannot cover for any expenses involved in bank transactions. It may take a few days or even more before the payment is received.

Cancellation Policy and Refund

If cancellation of participation arrives:

  • prior to 1 May 2016(included), full refund of the conference fee less administration costs will be made;
  • prior to 9 May 2016 (included), 80% refund of the conference fee less administration costs will be made.

No refund is available after 9 May 2016 (included) as after this deadline conference materials and catering services cannot be cancelled or resold. However, substitution in person will be acceptable.

Delegates attending this event do so at their own risk. NBR2016 Organizing Committee accepts no liability for any loss, theft, damage or injury suffered by a delegate. Delegates should ensure that they have adequate insurance cover.
